Qualifications

• Experience with AC/DC drives and industrial PLCs.
• Stable work history with max 2 employers in last 5 years.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift and commute within 45 minutes of Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and resolve faults.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventive maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for regional training (~2 days every other month).
