Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is sourcing an Industrial Maintenance Tech for a Greater Green Bay area facility. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, AC/DC drives, and PLC fault-tracing in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.

The position offers a competitive starting wage up to $29.50/hour plus comprehensive benefits, PTO, and ongoing technical training, with a 12-hour rotating schedule that includes a recurring six-day block off each month.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance or an AS degree + 2 years experience
• Experience with AC/DC drives and PLC environments
• Stable work history: max 2 employers in 5 years
• Willingness to travel regionally for training (2 days every other month)
• US work authorization (citizen or green card)

Responsibilities

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and power controls
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for overhauls
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines
• Participate in regional upskilling and training travels
