Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Greater Green Bay, WI, is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Tech – PLCs, AC/DC Drives & 6-Day Off Blocks. This direct-hire role offers up to $29.50/hr plus a full benefits package in a state-of-the-art facility.

You will perform electro-mechanical repairs, troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives, trace PLC logic, and read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints. The schedule is a structured 12-hour rotating shift with a guaranteed six consecutive days off each month.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience or an Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology/Automated Systems.
• Experience with AC/DC drives, PLCs, and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and drive systems.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventive maintenance.
• Travel two days every other month for regional training.
