Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC seeks an Industrial Maintenance Tech with strong electro-mechanical skills to support a state-of-the-art facility in Greater Green Bay. You will perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, drive maintenance, and PLC fault tracing on automated line equipment.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on experience or an Associate’s Degree, and a willingness to travel occasionally for training.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology OR 4+ years of equivalent hands-on maintenance.
• 4+ years of electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience on automated production machinery.
• Willing to travel regionally for training roughly two days every other month.

Responsibilities

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs across automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and PLC faults.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventive maintenance routines.
• Participate in regional upskilling and training sessions.
