Aspire Talent Solutions seeks an Industrial Maintenance Tech for a state-of-the-art facility in the Greater Green Bay area. The role focuses on electro-mechanical maintenance, PLC fault-tracing, and AC/DC drive troubleshooting within a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of hands-on experience or an associate's degree, with a stable work history and willingness to regional travel for training.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or Automated Systems OR 4+ years of hands-on industrial machinery breakdown experience.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing faults in AC/DC drives and industrial PLCs.
• Stable work history with a maximum of 2 employers in the last 5 years.
• Willingness to travel regionally (~2 days every other month) for training.
• Residency within 45 minutes of Green Bay, WI, and US work authorization.

Mansioni

• Perform electro-mechanical repairs and overhauls on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and calibrate to resolve faults.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages.
• Read and apply electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for safe overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines.
• Occasionally travel for regional technical training and collaboration.
