6 Degrees Search is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech in the Greater Green Bay area. The role focuses on electro-mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting AC/DC drives and PLC systems, with a robust quarterly training program and a direct-hire path.

The candidate should have 4+ years in the field or an associate degree, plus a strong ability to work within a 12-hour rotating shift and maintain a stable work history.

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance in industry.
Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or Automated Systems preferred.
US citizen or Green Card holder.
Within 45 minutes of Green Bay, WI.
Max 2 employers in past 5 years.
Experience with AC/DC drives and PLC fault tracing.

Responsibilities

Execute electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery.
Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and power controls.
Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages.
Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for overhauls.
Lead shift hand-offs and preventive maintenance routines.
Travel regionally for advanced training ~2 days every other month.
