Henderson Group is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech in the Greater Green Bay area. The role focuses on electro-mechanical troubleshooting, PLC logic fault-tracing, and maintenance of automated production equipment on a 12-hour rotating shift with a guaranteed block of six days off each month.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or 4+ years of hands-on experience, plus strong PLC and AC/DC drive skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology OR 4+ years of equivalent hands-on maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance work.
• US work authorization (Citizenship or Green Card).
• Stable work history: max 2 employers in past 5 years.
• Willingness to commute within 45 minutes of Green Bay, WI.

Responsabilités

• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on automated production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair AC/DC motor drives and power controls.
• Trace and resolve PLC logic faults and electrical issues.
• Read schematics and blueprints for precise overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and execute preventative maintenance.
• Occasionally travel for regional training (~2 days every other month).
