You will guide business development, develop objectives with the team, and ensure staffing levels with qualified hires while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a lubricants sales team
• Current experience in the lubricants industry
• Strong technical lubricants experience
• P&L experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership regarding the overall success and management of the industrial lubricant sales team.
• Formulate and monitor Sales Rep objectives, strategies, and action plans to ensure a strategy is developed to achieve budgeted volumes and gross profit margin objectives.
• Working with the team on business development goals.
• Maintain staffing levels by maintaining and hiring qualified employees.
