Job summary

Energy Recruiters and a leading petroleum company are seeking an Industrial Lubricants Sales Manager for the Houston market. The role leads the lubricants sales team and drives a plan to achieve volumes and gross margins.

You will guide business development, develop objectives with the team, and ensure staffing levels with qualified hires while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a lubricants sales team
• Current experience in the lubricants industry
• Strong technical lubricants experience
• P&L experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
