Job summary
Energy Recruiters, partnered with a Chevron distributor, is seeking an experienced Industrial Lubricants Specialist to launch and grow the Industrial Lubricants business from the ground floor.
You will be a hands-on business developer who can win new industrial accounts, expand relationships, and bring technical credibility to customer conversations while helping develop a differentiated service platform around Chevron lubricants. Relocation assistance is available.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience with major lubricant brand and familiarity with industrial distributor/channel models.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a disciplined target-account pipeline focused on new industrial lubricant and service opportunities.
- Prospect new accounts, visit sites, develop relationships, prepare proposals, and close new business.
- Grow share of wallet within existing accounts for lubricants, fluids, and related services.
- Provide consultative, technically credible recommendations on Chevron lubricants, applications, and reliability programs.
- Develop value-added opportunities like oil analysis, condition monitoring, training, and audits.
- Support Chevron programs and ISOCLEAN initiatives and quantify cost savings and reliability improvements.
