Our client in Houston seeks an Industrial Service Sales Manager - Lubricants to lead the sales strategy for the Industrial segment, drive revenue, and expand market share.

You will coach the sales team, build executive relationships with key accounts, and collaborate with services and vendors to optimize offerings and profitability.

This role requires 7-10+ years in Industrial sales leadership, strong knowledge of lubricants, and a proven ability to deliver profitable growth.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10+ years of progressive Industrial sales leadership.
• Strong knowledge of industrial lubricants, reliability services and related equipment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and profitability targets.
• Demonstrated leadership including coaching and team development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• CRM proficiency and standard business software experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit revenue and profit targets.
• Lead, coach and develop the Industrial sales team with clear performance expectations.
• Build executive relationships with key Industrial accounts and decision makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Industrial Services and Technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Partner with vendors to optimize offerings, pricing, and profitability.
• Oversee CRM usage for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Establish pricing strategies and approve proposals aligned with profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience through coordinated internal support.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and market intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and regulations.
