• Ability to balance many requirements with quick resolution and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Develops partnering relationships with customers.
• Answers inquiries from customers via email, fax, website, phone, etc.
• Quotes price and delivery based on pricing structures to maximize profit.
• Compute pricing for processing and value added services.
• Has working knowledge of stock materials and applications.
• Prepares orders according to standards and procedures.
• Monitors customer credit standing and follows credit terms.
• Completes orders for prompt and accurate deliveries.
• Coordinates with Account Managers and leadership to resolve issues.
• Makes outbound calls to develop customer base.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
