The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and 2+ years in inside sales or distribution, with experience selling industrial products and supporting sales campaigns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with Field Sales and sales campaigns.
• Experience in selling industrial products such as bearings or belts.
• Experience implementing incentive plans to increase sales.
• Strong selling strategies and ability to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection and pricing.
• Process orders, quotes, terms, and delivery dates; manage records for accounts.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments and carriers.
• Provide product application support and drive new and repeat sales.
• Attend product and training sessions; expand product knowledge for customers.
• Develop solutions to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
