Job summary

Baldwin Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow assigned accounts and collaborate with Field Sales to drive business development. You will serve as the liaison for pricing, availability, and customer service, ensuring high satisfaction.

You will respond to inquiries, quote prices, process orders, and maintain accurate account records while coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs and contribute to growth across the Upper Midwest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years Inside Sales and/or distribution experience.
• Experience with Field Sales collaboration and sales campaigns.
• Experience in implementing incentive plans to boost sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices, quotations, credits, and complaints.
• Answer sales calls/emails and assist with counter sales as needed.
• Expedite orders and literature requests; manage complete order lifecycle.
• Describe products and help customers choose best options.
• Quote prices, terms, availability, delivery dates and process orders.
• Maintain accurate account records and organize product catalog library.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors and carriers.
• Provide technical/product assistance to generate new and repeat sales.
• Place purchase orders with suppliers per guidelines.
• Attend product trainings and develop strong product knowledge.
