Job summary

Baldwin Supply Company is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue in a Minnesota territory. You will conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and client visits to understand needs, close deals, and meet quotas.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to client sites. You will promote power transmission, conveyor belting, electric motors, and automation products, while collaborating with product

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in an industrial setting is required or strongly preferred.
• Must have proven ability to develop new business and manage a sales territory.
• CRM software proficiency and strong computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Promote Baldwin’s products (power transmission, conveyor belting, motors, automation, industrial supply).
• Identify target prospects and develop strategic plans to convert prospects into customers.
• Build and sustain long-lasting customer relationships in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with product specialists and inside sales to grow current business and secure new opportunities.
• Participate in sales training and maintain relations with key suppliers.
