Hydrite Chemical Co. is seeking a Business Development Manager (Industrial) in Cleveland, OH to grow margin, volume, and revenue in the Industrial segment. You will acquire new customers in an uncharted geography and lead the development and execution of a profitable business plan.

The role requires managing a new business pipeline, closing opportunities, and collaborating with Hydrite's sales team to maximize margins on new projects. Frequent overnight travel is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required (e.g. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.

Mansioni

• Prospect and generate a sustainable customer base from scratch.
• Meet new business objectives including margin growth.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to assemble and execute an annual business plan that meets objectives for business development.
• Work with Sales Manager to maximize margins of new projects.
• Identify and build relationships with key decision makers at target accounts.
• Utilize Salesforce and BI reports to manage the sales funnel and pipeline.
