Hydrite Chemical Co. is seeking a Business Development Account Manager (Industrial) for the Southeast region to grow margin, volume, and revenue by acquiring new customers in an uncharted geography.

You will lead the development of a new business pipeline, negotiate profitable opportunities, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to maximize margins on projects. Residence in SC, Eastern TN, Western NC, or GA and frequent overnight travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business or related).
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in business development or sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and English language skills.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and build a sustainable new customer base in an uncharted geography.
• Meet new business objectives including margin growth and revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to execute an annual business plan.
• Identify, develop, and close profitable projects with key decision makers.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline and BI reporting to track progress.
