Qualifications

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of mission-critical field service experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to train others and present to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated with good time management and independence.

Responsibilities

• Perform general field service repair and maintenance for customers.
• Troubleshoot operational issues in the field and identify problems.
• Determine customer needs and offer recommendations.
• Assist with machine demos, installations, and training.
• Collaborate with sales on service-related activities.
• Develop and maintain competency on Markem-Imaje products.
• Maintain customer satisfaction in line with quality guidelines.
• Work within the assigned divisional service territory.
