Job summary

Markem-Imaje is seeking a self-motivated Field Service Representative with experience in industrial automation to deliver, install, repair, maintain, and test equipment at customer sites. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving field issues, training customers, and supporting installations across a defined territory.

Qualifications

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years mission-critical field service experience a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical system theory.
• Interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform general field service repair and maintenance to support customers and installed base.
• Troubleshoot operational issues in the field and identify root causes.
• Assess customer needs and offer best-fit solutions.
• Collaborate with sales for demos, training, and follow-ups.
• Install, train customers, and perform routine and emergency repairs as directed.
