Job summary

Flow Control Group is expanding its sales team to drive growth across North America. The role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients, executing strategic sales plans, and building lasting relationships while leveraging deep knowledge of Pumps, Mechanical Seals, and related flow control products.

Ideal candidates will have a proven industrial sales track record, strong technical acumen, and excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in industrial sales with focus on similar product categories.
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with industrial processes.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and engage with potential clients within designated markets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and grow market share.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Flow Control Group's product categories and provide technical guidance.
