Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily/quality reports and communication with subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and alignment with drawings.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare daily and quality inspection reports; capture progress photos.
• Assist with monthly progress reports and ensure latest design drawings are used.

Education
