Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B sales in industrial fasteners.
• Experience selling to manufacturing, construction, and solar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of fastener specifications, materials, and applications.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close complex sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries, focusing on local Houston and Texas markets.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers as the primary technical and sales contact.
• Provide expert product recommendations and customized fastener solutions to meet client needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals and maintain margin.
• Oversee full sales cycle from inquiry to post-delivery support, including order entry and expediting.
