Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting, on behalf of our client, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to grow sales of industrial printing, labeling, packaging, and production equipment across the Charlotte and surrounding territory. The role targets engineers, maintenance managers, and production leaders.

You will own the full sales cycle, develop new business, deliver on-site demonstrations, and build long-term relationships. A base salary of 70-80k with uncapped commission and OTE around 120k+ are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical sales or B2B account management.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Capital equipment, packaging machinery, printing systems sales experience desirable.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel 3-4 days per month.
• Must live within 40 miles of Charlotte airport.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing accounts in the territory.
• Present and demonstrate capital equipment and production solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, production, and purchasing.
