Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow sales of industrial printing, labeling, packaging, and production equipment throughout the St. Louis area.

This role requires a technically oriented sales professional who can manage the full sales cycle, build long term customer relationships, and work with engineering and operations teams. Base salary is $70,000–$90,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of $120,000+; travel is modest.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical sales or B2B client-facing experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Capital equipment, packaging machinery, printing systems, or industrial automation sales experience desired.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a sales territory and pipeline independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing accounts throughout the territory.
• Prospect manufacturers in industrial markets.
• Present and demonstrate capital equipment and production solutions.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and propose customer-specific solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close and quotes.
• Build long-term relationships with engineering, maintenance and purchasing teams.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, forecasts, and reports.
