Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking an Industrial Sales Engineer / Territory Manager in Southwest Georgia. The role covers Forest Park region with a $1.5M existing book of business and a direct-hire path.

Base salary 70,000 with uncapped commissions and first-year OTE of 90,000–100,000+. You will engage plant and operations leaders, assess requirements, and propose engineered solutions across compressors, blowers, pumps, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related).
• 3+ years of industry experience selling, servicing, supporting, or engineering compressors, blowers, pumps, or related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established $1.5M territory.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct customer site visits and evaluate applications.
• Recommend compressors, blowers, pumps, and engineered solutions.
• Build relationships with plant managers, maintenance managers, engineers, and operations leaders.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical recommendations.
• Partner with engineering and service teams.
• Drive maintenance contracts, upgrades, and replacement opportunities.
• Maintain CRM activity, forecasting, and customer relationships.
