Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a senior Continuous Improvement leader to drive data-driven improvements across multiple operations.

You will guide and develop CI resources, leverage engineering methods and lean tools to raise safety, quality, delivery and cost performance, and partner with operations leaders to implement transformational changes. This role requires startup experience, hands-on use of AutoCAD, Power BI, Manhattan SCALE, Slot3D, and labor modeling, along with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Experience leading continuous improvement programs in complex supply chains.
• Proven ability to translate data analytics into actionable improvements.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for diverse CI teams.
• Extensive knowledge of lean tools and Kaizen events.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CI engineering and quality teams and manage performance.
• Develop and execute CI strategy with KPIs and action plans.
• Provide training and coaching on Lean, data analysis and tools.
• Drive cross-site process improvements and cost reductions.
