Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to drive and govern CI across operations. You will supervise CI engineers and quality professionals and partner with senior leaders to elevate safety, quality, delivery, and cost through data-driven methods.

You will develop advanced competencies in engineering, data analytics and lean, facilitating Kaizen events, VSM, and PDCA while mentoring teams to sustainable results across distribution and transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or SCM required.
• Nine years+ in distribution, warehousing or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and data analytics.
• Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau and WMS tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CI engineering and quality professionals and manage performance.
• Lead strategy, KPI action plans, and cross-site improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor teams in Lean methods, PDCA, and change management.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping across accounts.
