Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Nine (9) years or more in the Distribution, Warehousing and/or Manufacturing, Transportation, Supply Chain Logistics industry required.
• Lean Six Sigma, required

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of continuous improvement engineering and quality professionals.
• Lead the development and execution of strategy, scorecarding and KPI action plans.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring on Lean methods for sustained improvements.
• Manage CI projects across customer accounts and report progress.
