Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement lean activities to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Foster professional development of facility leads, supervisors, and managers.
• Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, and product flow.
• Lead continuous improvement across manufacturing and office operations.
• Develop detailed project plans and drive performance toward savings goals.
• Design equipment layouts, workflows, and safety measures to maximize utilization.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop a continuous improvement roadmap.
• Create capacity models and production planning tools.
• Provide guidance to operators and technicians to improve performance.
• Perform data collection, root cause analysis, and practical problem-solving.
