Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting in Cresco, IA. You will identify bottlenecks, reduce WIP, and lead improvement initiatives across manufacturing and office functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide lean activities to eliminate waste and boost productivity.
• Develop capacity modeling and production planning tools.
• Provide leadership to operators and technicians and foster capability development.
• Collaborate with site leadership to create continuous improvement roadmap.
• Manage equipment layouts and capital expenditure projects across the facility.
