Essenti Talent is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and office functions in Cresco, IA. The role focuses on identifying issues affecting product flow, eliminating bottlenecks, reducing work in progress, and driving process optimization for productivity gains.

You will guide operators and technicians, develop their capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the facility, including implementation

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site-wide lean activities (5S, standard work, visual management) to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Develop capacity modeling and production planning tools; drive project performance and savings goals.
• Oversee capital equipment projects from design to implementation, including vendor selection and procurement.
• Drive continuous improvement roadmap with operations leadership to achieve best-in-class performance.
• Mentor operators and technicians; develop capabilities and performance; lead cross-functional improvements.
