Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide lean activities (5S, standard work, visual management, value stream mapping, Kaizen, 8D) to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Coordinate and develop capabilities of operators and technicians; foster continuous improvement culture.
• Develop equipment layouts, production flow, and safety measures to optimize plant utilization.
• Own capital expenditure projects from design to implementation with vendors.
• Collaborate with site leadership to map a continuous improvement roadmap and drive savings.
