Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer in Cresco, IA to lead lean initiatives, optimize production flow, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office functions.

You will lead capability development for operators and technicians, drive capacity modeling, time standards, and capex coordination, partnering with site leadership to achieve best-in-class performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide lean activities including 5S and standard work to reduce waste.
• Foster the professional development of facility Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Lead the standardization and optimization of manufacturing processes, layouts, and product flow.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and office operations.
• Develop detailed project plans and drive performance to meet savings goals.
• Design equipment layouts, workflows, and safety measures to maximize facility utilization.
• Serve as owner for equipment capital expenditures from design to implementation.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to build a continuous improvement roadmap.
• Lead capacity modeling, production planning tools, and time standards.
• Provide direction to operators and technicians and support their development.
• Perform IE data collection, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.
