Aggreko plc is hiring a Sales Representative for Building Services & Construction based in Nashville, TN. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, serving customers with both in-person and remote interactions.

You will build a strong sales network, develop medium-to-long-term plans, and collaborate with Operations, Fleet, and Logistics to ensure an excellent customer experience. This role offers uncapped commissions and a growth path across territories.

Qualificações

• 3–7 years of direct business to business sales experience.
• Basic knowledge of the construction process and manufacturing based customer focus.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar systems).
• Prior successful attainment of assigned sales goals.
• Partnership with other areas of the Aggreko business (Operations, Fleet, Logistics).
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
• Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
• Developing and delivering commercial sales proposals.
• Selling equipment rentals and services to our Building Services and Construction customers.
• Developing medium-to-long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.
• Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
• Partner with the operations, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure a superb customer experience with every sale.
