Aggreko plc is seeking a Sales Representative in the Minneapolis area to drive revenue and expand our footprint in industrial and commercial markets. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, pairing power, heating, cooling and dehumidification solutions with customer needs.

Join a team focused on delivering temporary power and related services for events, mining, and remote operations, with a base salary of $60-70k and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong relationship-building and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial hunter mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Sell temporary power, heating, cooling and dehumidification services to commercial and industrial contractors, service companies, and customers.
• Prospect, account management and development (hunt, farm, everything).
• Expand into a wide open territory.
• Meet with prospects and customers face-to-face or remotely.
• Assess customer needs and design appropriate solutions.
• Create and present commercial sales proposals.
• Develop sales plans and strategies.
• Log all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals and orders.
