Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead heavy industrial electrical and instrumentation construction projects across North America.

You will manage the project lifecycle from initiation through commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. You will collaborate with customers, field leadership, engineers, and subcontractors, overseeing procurement, contracts, and risk management while driving successful project delivery and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial electrical/instrumentation projects.
• Experience leading customer-facing projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution from award to handover and closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement, contracts, and change orders.
• Develop strategies for safety, quality, schedule, and profitability objectives.
• Coordinate with customers, field operations, engineering, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review contracts, drawings, estimates, and technical documentation.
