Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead heavy industrial electrical and instrumentation projects across North America. You will oversee safety, schedule, budget, procurement, and customer relations from startup through closeout.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience in E&I, strong leadership, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards. Travel ~50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing industrial electrical and instrumentation construction projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution from award through closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement, and contracts.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering, field ops, and subcontractors.
• Prioritize safety, quality, and financial performance.
