Michels Power, Inc. seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead heavy industrial electrical and instrumentation projects across North America.

You will oversee startup through turnover, manage safety, budgets, contracts, procurement, and scheduling while coordinating with customers, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering/PM, 5+ years of PM experience, and proven leadership in midstream or power infrastructure projects; travel about 50% is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/PM or related with 5+ years of PM experience.
• Experience managing industrial electrical and instrumentation (E&I) construction projects.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, process controls, and startup activities.
• Experience supporting projects involving compressor stations, pipeline facilities, Midstream infrastructure, power generation facilities, manufacturing facilities, or similar industrial environments.
• Proficiency with project scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, procurement, subcontract management, risk management, and contract administration.
• Ability to lead customer-facing projects while balancing safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution from award to closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement, contracts, change orders, and financial performance.
• Develop execution strategies prioritizing safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Serve as primary customer-facing representative throughout project execution.
• Coordinate activities among customers, engineering, field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, contract requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
• Promote safety culture and operational excellence.
