Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to drive heavy industrial electrical construction projects, including Midstream and power generation.

You will manage multiple projects or major phases, from proposal through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. The role requires leadership in fast-paced field environments, coordinating with engineers, procurement, and field teams, and delivering reliable, mission-critical infrastructure for North

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in industrial electrical, Midstream, power generation or heavy industrial projects.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Unifier).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with cost tracking/estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through estimating, bidding, execution, and closeout phases.
• Manage industrial electrical scopes including MV/LV systems and equipment installation.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field operations to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and oversee field leadership, subcontractors, and project teams.
