Michels Power, Inc. is hiring an Electrical Project Manager to lead heavy industrial E&I construction projects from startup through turnover. You will oversee safety, budgets, schedules, procurement, and customer relationships while coordinating with engineers, field teams, and subcontractors across North America.

Success hinges on strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen, with no-compromise safety and quality under tight schedules and budgets. Travel ~50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial electrical or construction.
• Experience leading customer-facing projects with safety, quality, and financial focus.
• Proficiency with project management software and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution from award to commissioning and closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement, contracts, and change orders.
• Develop strategies to meet safety, quality, schedule, and profitability goals.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative during project execution.
• Coordinate work across customers, engineering, field ops, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review contracts, drawings, specs, estimates, and technical docs.
