Michels Power, Inc. seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead heavy industrial electrical and instrumentation construction across North America. You will oversee safety, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and stakeholder coordination with customers, engineers, and field teams.

You will manage complex E&I projects across pipelines, compressor stations, and power facilities, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or Business.
• Experience leading industrial electrical and instrumentation projects.
• Strong schedule, budgeting, risk management, and contract administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution from award through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement, contracts, and change orders.
• Develop strategies to meet safety, quality, schedule, and profitability objectives.
• Serve as primary customer-facing representative during project execution.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, field operations, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review contracts, drawings, estimates, and technical documentation.
• Travel ~50% to support North America projects.
