Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead heavy industrial E&I construction projects across North America.

You will guide project startup through commissioning, manage safety, budgets, and schedules, and collaborate with customers, engineers, and field teams to meet performance targets. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen to deliver complex infrastructure on time and within budget, with substantial travel and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial electrical/instrumentation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution from award through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement, contracts, change orders, and financial performance.
• Develop execution strategies prioritizing safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Serve as primary customer-facing representative during project execution.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, field operations, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans; ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
