Qualifications

• Desire and experience being on-site industrial electrical projects.
• Must have some experience leading a crew.
• Desire to be part of building a team and a culture.
• Must have a state-issued journeyman electrician's license (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead a field team of 3–15 people on-site.
• Work closely with crew, manage projects, and uphold safety standards.
