Interstates is seeking a Field Leader to guide a crew of 4–12 on electrical, controls, and OT projects across the United States. On-site leadership, safety, and client coordination are essential as you mentor journeyman electricians and work with foremen and project managers.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, quality, and compliance with NEC codes, with the option of field-based work and travel. A journeyman license and BICSI certifications are preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have some experience leading a crew of 4 or more.
• State-issued journeyman electrician license preferred.
• Five years of experience in commercial/industrial/Data Center construction.
• Two years BICSI installation experience and related certifications.

Mansioni

• Lead, motivate, and coach crews; build strong teams.
• Plan work 2–3 weeks ahead; coordinate materials and deliveries.
• Manage schedule, cost, productivity, and quality; track time and quantities.
