Job summary

Interstates is hiring an Electrical Service Technician Lead to direct field crews on industrial electrical projects. You will oversee 3–15 team members, coordinate with owners and outside vendors, and ensure safety and timely delivery.

The role requires hands-on work on-site and travel to project sites as needed. You will lead testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of 480V/120V systems, maintain budgets, and build strong client relationships while upholding Interstates' safety standards and

Qualifications

• On-site industrial electrical project experience required.
• At least 3 years of crew leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• State-issued journeyman electrician license or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field crew of 3–15 people on projects.
• Manage on-site safety, budgets, and client relations.
• Test, troubleshoot, and commission 480V/120V equipment.
