Job summary

Interstates seeks an experienced Field Leader to manage on-site electrical projects with a field team of 3–15 personnel. Travel to assigned worksites across the United States is required, with a strong emphasis on safety and client coordination.

The ideal candidate has on-site industrial electrical project experience and a state-issued journeyman electrician license. Willingness to work on tools and mentor crews is expected.

Qualifications

• On-site industrial electrical projects experience required.
• Must have state journeyman electrician license.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: consistently leads and motivates the team to contribute toward project success.
• Project execution: manage cost, schedule and productivity to ensure successful execution.
• Safety: uphold safety standards and participate in the safety program.
• Communication: build productive relationships with onsite client reps and allied trades.
• Coaching/mentoring: develop others to reach their potential.
• Planning and layout: understand the project plan and work the plan for success.
• Knowledge: strong electrical and construction knowledge.
• Other duties may be assigned.
