Interstates seeks an on-site Electrical Service Technician Lead to guide a crew on industrial electrical projects. You will manage field operations, coordinate with clients, and ensure safety and quality while working across multiple sites within a regional radius.

Responsibilities include leading 3–15 technicians, testing and commissioning 480V systems, and maintaining schedules and budgets. A Journeyman license and on-site leadership experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Desire and experience being on-site industrial electrical projects.
• Must have 3 years experience leading a crew.
• Must have a state-issued journeyman electrician's license or equivalent experience.
