Job summary

Interstates seeks a Field Leader to oversee on-site industrial electrical projects in Fort Collins, CO. You will lead a crew of 3–15 people, work on-site with the team, and ensure safe, efficient project execution while coordinating with clients.

You will mentor crew members, uphold safety standards, and contribute to planning and budgeting. A journeyman license and prior crew-leadership experience are required, with travel within a 200-mile radius and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Must have on-site industrial electrical project experience.
• Must have some experience leading a crew.
• Desire to be part of building a team and a culture.
• Must have a state-issued journeyman electrician's license (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead a field team of 3–15 people. Must be OK to work in the field on tools when needed.
• On-site supervision with crew; manage projects and budgets, coordinate with clients.
• Uphold safety standards and lead by example in the Interstates safety program.
• Build productive relationships with onsite client reps and trades.
• Coach and mentor teammates to develop potential within the team.
• Understand the project plan and work the plan for success.
• Maintain overall electrical/construction knowledge and stay informed on site.
