SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking an Industrial Design Co-op to join our award-winning design team. You’ll work across design, engineering, and marketing, contributing to the full product development cycle from concepting to CAD and prototyping.

We value user-centered design, bold sketches, and production-ready CAD. You will build high-fidelity renderings, support real launches, and help define a product’s look and feel while balancing performance and cost.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in an industrial design program or recent graduate.
• Full-time availability, 40 hours/week, onsite in Needham, MA.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or Rhino; strong 3D renderings with KeyShot.
• Portfolio demonstrating a product development process.
• Collaborative work across design, engineering and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support design leads on real product launches from concept to market.
• Translate consumer insights into user-centered design solutions.
• Create sketches, illustrations, and renderings for cross-functional teams.
• Develop production-ready CAD files with engineering collaboration.
• Define surface finishes, color, materials and branding details.
• Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team uniting marketing, UX and industrial design.
• Explore trends and new materials to inform future products.
• Build prototypes to test ideas and push boundaries.
