Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking an Industrial Design Co‑op in Needham, MA, to join our cross‑disciplinary design team. You will contribute across the product development lifecycle from research and concepting to CAD and prototyping, collaborating with design, engineering, and marketing to shape the visual and tactile identity of SharkNinja products.

You will practice user-centered design, push creative boundaries, and develop solutions that delight consumers both emotionally and functionally, while

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an industrial design bachelor’s or master’s program, or have graduated within the past year.
• Must be focused on industrial design and able to work full-time on-site in Needham, MA.
• Create product designs using SolidWorks or Rhino with confidence and precision.
• Visualize ideas through high-quality 3D renderings using KeyShot for cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate a portfolio showing a product development process.

Responsibilities

• Support Industrial Design leads on real product launches from brainstorming to market.
• Translate consumer insights into bold, user-centered design solutions.
• Create sketches, illustrations and renderings to inspire cross-functional teams.
• Develop presentation visuals and storytelling assets for design decisions.
• Build visual and functional prototypes to test ideas and push boundaries.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver production-ready CAD files.
• Define the look and feel of a product down to details like color and material.
• Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team across marketing, UX, and design.
